Fort Saskatchewan Public Library is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who use our services. The library follows the requirements of the Protection of Privacy Act (POPA).

POPA sets out how public bodies may collect, use, and disclose personal information, and requires that this information be protected from unauthorized access or use.

Under POPA, you have the right to:
